All acrylic awards include free standard engraving, allowing logo engraving and personalization at no extra cost. Free engraving applies to deep etching on one side per item; however, engraving on multiple sides is available for an additional per-side fee, and re-engraving at a later date may incur extra charges. Logos and custom artwork shown in sample images are not included in the base price; to add logos or artwork, customers can purchase the Logo and Custom Artwork Processing service during checkout and submit files via email after order confirmation. Every engraving project includes professional proofs created by our experienced graphic designers based on the selected award, font, logo, and engraving content. Proofs are emailed within 24 hours, with up to two complimentary revisions, and production begins only after customer approval. Standard production time is 5–7 business days, with rush options of 1, 2, or 3 business days available. Our acrylic awards are cut and engraved by highly skilled craftsmen using advanced deep-etching and sand-blasting techniques, ensuring exceptional clarity, brilliance, and durability backed by generations of craftsmanship expertise. Each acrylic award is securely packaged in a standard gift box, and recommended font choices are available to enhance engraving quality. Special font requests can also be accommodated by submitting a .ttf file via email.
